Property Details

As you arrive at the property through the private gated entrance there is plenty of parking for several vehicles.  The appearance of the villa is modern with sympathetic Spanish styling.  It has wifi throughout the property and has 3 air conditioned bedrooms sleeping 7 people and a sofa bed for convenience.  The maximum occupancy is 7 people (6 adults).

You enter the property into the upper open plan kitchen, dining living area, fully equipped with modern appliances including a full oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and large ‘American style’ fridge freezer with plumbed chilled water and ice facility.  The open space works as a kitchen and social space around the large central marble island and adjacent dining and sitting area where there is a sofa that opens as a sofabed. There is an ipod dock and echo dot for your use.

The family space opens out into the outside lounge terrace, overlooking the pool and spectacular views, get a coffee from the ‘Tassimo’ coffee machine or make a slushee using the 'nutribullet' blender with fresh oranges from the tree, crushed ice from the fridge, now relax and enjoy it on the outside terrace!

There is a further living area on the lower level accessed from the open living space via stairs, a double vaulted, galleried space with a cosy wood burner fireplace.  There is a TV on which you can receive English,Irish and French channels a DVD / CD player.  This room opens out onto the pool terrace.   

The bedrooms and bathrooms are at the rear of the property on the upper level. 

The blue room - a master suite with king size bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, opens into the glazed colonnade.with views out onto the surrounding hills.  The bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate walk in shower underfloor heating for the cooler months;

The green room – with a king size bed, opens into the glazed colonnade; 

The Gold room - a double guest bed and a single day bed;

The family bathroom has a walk in shower and underfloor heating;

The outside space is landscaped into terraces.  There is an outside lounge under a shaded pergola on the upper terrace along with a dining space, the heated swimming pool is on the lower terrace with another covered pergola where there is a table tennis table.  Further terraces include a lower terrace for relaxing with the best view of the valley and an upper terrace play area with swingball and badminton.

Some of the terraces have an open drop of up to 2m also the swimming pool is up to 2m deep - supervision of children may be necessary.
