Wow what a lovely place from start to finish, from the initial handover by Ruth, right until the last day of our 10 day trip!
The Cortijo is beautiful & we would definitely return! The pictures do not give it justice just how stunning everything is!
The house was spotlessly clean, all rooms were spacious and beautiful! Everything you could ask for & more.
I loved the kitchen, it had all the tools you could possibly think of needing whilst on holiday!

The outside area was amazing too! What a pool! There was plenty of comfortable seating areas, badminton / swingball area, the ping pong table by the pool! Literally so much you can do and enjoy, so very well thought of!

Now, don’t get me started on the scenery and surroundings, they are just outstanding! What a view! We were all just so appreciative of an amazing view like that!

Would 100% come back, 5 stars from us!

What a lovely relaxing week we had and so late in the year too! Cortijo El Olivar gave us the perfect get away for half term. We loved the setting in Pinos del Valle and the fantastic views. Big skies! And as an extra bonus some unusual lenticular cloud formations. The Cortijo itself is equipped to a very high standard - it is clear that a lot of careful thought has gone into making this a fantastic holiday spot. I wanted for nothing and admit that I came home and 'borrowed' one of the owners ideas. The kids loved the pool and the showers! There is plenty to do nearby and we would not hesitate to return. The Cortijo was spotlessly clean with a great handover service. When I left something behind, it was found (before I had missed it) and promptly returned. No ratings here but 5 stars from us. Well done!

Wow what a beautiful place!! The villa and grounds are finished to a really high standard yet feel cosy and comfortable. We had everything we needed to feel at home. The pool was heated so no toe dipping required, we needed it in the hot summer sun. We snacked on the delicious fruit from the trees in the villa's gardens, figs and grapes were in season when we stayed in August. Yummy! The view from the villa's terraced garden of the green valley and bright blue Beznar Reservoir is breathtaking. Looking down across the valley makes you feel as if you're the only people on the mountain but the quiet village is only a short walk away with a local bar and supermarket. There's also plenty to see and do in the surrounding villages and country side and the beach is an easy enough drive away.

It was our perfect and restful holiday for us. The house was very homely with well equipped kitchen. All the whole areas of indoor, outdoor, patio, garden and pool areas were very nice and had a good feel and atmosphere to our stay. We were very happy with the location of the property, which has neighbours yet secluded, as we didn't need to worry about the neighbours and for our kids being very loud while they play in the pool. Owner and manager to the property were very attentive and helpful. It was all in very easy reach to all the famous landmarks. We definitely revisit the villa again in the future."

This modern property was perfect for a rural, peaceful week away in southern Spain. The decor was modern and clean, the pool was the perfect size, and the general atmosphere was tranquil and scenic. The village nearby was very cute, with a bar, a bread shop and also a very small shop. There are many places around with shops and so on. Granada was only a short drive away. A car is essential. All in all, our stay here was just what we wanted, if not more! Ian who showed us into the villa was a great help and very friendly."Aug 2019
